26/05/2010 - UNDER 10'S PRESENTATION NIGHT 22/05/2010

After a successful season where the under 10's finished as Runners Up to Bitton in Division A of the Hanham Minor League the following awards were made by the management team of Nick Brown, Roy Ball and Jason Kirby at their presentation night which was held at Barton Hill Rugby Club.

MANAGERS PLAYERS OF THE YEAR :- Kameron Brown, Morgan Wager

PLAYERS PLAYER OF THE YEAR :- George Cole

CLUBMAN OF THE YEAR :- Conor Harris

PARENTS PLAYER OF THE YEAR :- Kameron Brown

MOST IMPROVED PLAYERS :- Ben O'Brien, Samuel Johnson

TOP GOALSCORERS :- Ben Alexander, Aaron Mansfield

5 YEAR SERVICE AWARDS :- Morgan Wager, Nathan Hewitt, George Cole, Brad Lewis,

Kameron Brown, Ben Alexander. Conor Harris & Ricky Kirby.

The presentation night was shared with our under 6's and I congratulate their players for the trophies they received and for making it a very enjoyable evening.

On Tuesday the 25th May 2010 the team (who looked very smart in their club T-shirts) attended the Hanham Minor League presentation night which was held at the University of the West of England where they collected their Division A runners up trophies.

13/10/2009 - Christmas Bash 2009

I have booked Pro 5 Broomhill, Brislington for our Christmas bash again this year.

This will be on Sunday 20th December 2009 from 1pm - 5pm.

It has been decided to hold this for age groups U6 - U10's.

I will print out batches of tickets which I will issue in due course. They will be for the usual £5 per family of four plus £1 for any additional child.

Please can all the relevant Managers rally around to raise awareness of the party and when tickets are issued we need to sell as quickly as possible.

Rovers U/11 Side won the stoke lane 11a side tournament by beating Stoke Lane 4-1 in the semi Final and going on to beat Avon Athletic 2-1 in the final after trailing 1-0 at half time.
