Code of Conduct
PARENT AND PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Set a positive example to players.

2. Respect the opposing team and their spectators.

3. Not to use inappropriate language.

4. not enter the field of play unless requested by the officials.

5.Accept the referee and match official's decision without protest.

6. Know and abide by club rulesat all times.

7. Reframe from any racist or personnel comments.

8. Encourage fair play.

9. Ensure that club subsciptions are paid in full.

10. ANY PLAYER LEAVING THE CLUB, MUST RETURN ALL PLAYING KIT OR THE CLUB WILL PURSE VIGOROUSLY THROUGH THE RESPECTIVELEAGUE TO BAN PLAYER FROM ALL FOOTBALL UNTIL OUTSTANDING SUBSCRIPTIONS AND KIT IS RETURNED.


CODE OF CONDUCT OF PLAYERS

1. Make every effort consistent with fair play and the laws of the game to help his own team.

2. Set a positive example to others, particularly his team, younger players & spectators.

3. Respect opponents, team-mates, match official's and spectators.

4. Accept sucess and failure, victory and defeat with dignity.

5. Reject all forms of drugs, violence and racism.

6. Make every effort to develope thier skills, technique & stamina.

7. Play every game as a team not as a individual.

8. Know and abide by the rules of the game.

9. Not use inappropriate language on the pitch or off it.

10. Accept the referee and match official's decision without protest.

THE MANAGER'S CULTURE

The culture of a team is the way in which it is run, The way it plays whilst training or playing and the way it acts on or off the pitch.This is set by a number of factor's including .

1. The philosophy of the Manager.

2. Expectations of the Manager, Player's and
Parent's

3. Culture of the Club ( President/ Chairman / Committee. ) See above player parent code of conduct.

CULTURE OF U/11

* To provide a friendly learning enviroment for player to train and play Football

* To provide players with expirenced and qualified coach's. Minimum ratio 1-7.

* To take an holistic approach about developing people and not just footballers.

* Players and Parents to be committed and make every effort to attend training and matches.

* Players to make every effort to listen, Learn and improve themselve's as footballers and people. To try thier hardest and be the best they can be.

* For players and team to play attractive, decisive, attacking Football adhereing to the princibals of play.

* Everyone to respect the rules of the game, Opponents and Match officials.

* To play to win but except defeat with the same humility as victory and learn from both expiriences.
